1.) What are the differences between domestic and international shipping?
Being that Optimus is from the United States and Shoptimus is located in the United States, domestic shipping refers to any package sent within America. International shipping refers to all outside territories and nations.
2.) How long does shipping my product usually take?
Production of your merchandise typically varies on order size. If you're ordering a single item or just a few items, usually we fulfill and ship these orders within one week. Shipping usually takes a further 3-7 days depending on carrier status. You can expect your merchandise within two to three weeks at a reasonable pace.
3.) How much is shipping?
Domestic shipping is free if the package is under 1 lb. Above that, we charge a fee that increases with package size, but remains affordable to you. Most people won't pay more than $5 in shipping, if anything.
International shipping is a little bit pricier, but also varies on package size.
4.) How do I track my merchandise?
There are two main ways that you can track your Shoptimus package. First, you will receive an email from us telling you that your order has been processed. When a package tracking code is available, you will be notified, as well. From there, you can generally click on the tracking number on the email and be redirected to the carrier website to see updates. However, if this does not work, you can copy and paste your tracking number at https://www.17track.net and receive updates.
