Thank you for supporting me by purchasing merchandise! You seem to have questions regarding shipping and product delivery, and so, this area will explain everything. Below are some frequently asked questions and up-to-date information regarding both domestic and international shipping:

1.) What are the differences between domestic and international shipping?

Being that I am from the United States and Shoptimus is located in the United States, domestic shipping refers to any package sent within America. International shipping refers to all outside territories and nations.

2.) How long does shipping my order usually take?

There are many factors that affect the shipping of your order, the biggest probably being domestic versus international. The vast majority of my merchandise is fulfilled within the United States at several national facilities, and therefore domestic shipping is much quicker than international. International orders can expect for shipping to take at least one business week to get to your door while domestic orders are usually fulfilled within one business week from purchase. When placing your order, please make sure to look over all shipping information to make sure your order arrives on-time and proper.

From the moment you place your order to the moment it is sent out from production, you can expect production to take anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days. If there are any significant production delays or hiccups along the way, I'll reach out to you so this can be resolved.

3.) How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on items purchased as all orders are fulfilled at a handful of American facilities, including in cities such as Los Angeles and Philadelphia. Thus, purchasing one item rather than another creates a different package weight, shipping route, etc. If you would like to estimate shipping, add any item(s) to your shopping cart and click Checkout. Entering your shipping information will generate the shipping costs to your address.

4.) How do I track my merchandise?

You will receive an email from us telling you that your order has been processed. When a package tracking code is available, you will be notified as well. From there, you can generally click on the tracking number on the email and be redirected to the carrier website to see updates. However, if this does not work, you can copy and paste your tracking number at https://www.17track.net and receive updates.
