Refund policy

We do not currently accept refunds on physical orders due to high levels of attempted international fraud on Shoptimus. Digital items are still eligible for refunds in specific circumstances, which include but are not limited to:

  • You did not receive the product
  • The product file is damaged

These issues, however, are almost always resolvable, and we encourage you to try and resolve this with our support staff via live chat.


Due to our manufacturers not being able to currently accept returns, we also do not accept returns for shipped products. If you've ordered the wrong size or wrong quantity, please contact live chat promptly so your order can be altered before production begins, which prevents us from being able to edit your order any further.
