Shipping policy

All flat rate domestic shipping rates for the United States are free until your parcel is above 1 lb. All expedited shipping or international shipping charges will be paid by the customer. 

You should be e-mailed with a tracking number for your package when it's been placed in the mail system. If you are not, please contact us at optimus@subtooptimus.com.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, intercepted, or unsatisfactory for reasons out of our control.
